| We use UPS to ship our products. In some instances, products may be shipped directly from the manufacturer to you. In these cases, the manufacturer will choose the best shipping method. Shipping carriers will only pick up from our warehouses or suppliers on business days, and they will only deliver on business days.
Orders placed online for delivery outside of the United States or Canada will be rejected. Canadian customers are responsible for any and all customs fees, tariffs or taxes. Please contact us directly concerning delivery outside of the United States or Canada.

We accept VISA, MASTER CARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS and PAYPAL for payment. We take credit card fraud seriously! Customers must provide the billing address for credit cards as shown on their statement. If a correct address is not provided, the order will be cancelled. This allows us to continue to keep our costs low and pass the savings on to our customers. Pre-Authorized Purchase orders are also accepted from qualified companies. Qualified companies include government and educational facilities. We reserve the right to request additional credit information, and to deny credit based upon this information. If additional credit information is required, this could delay your order. The total merchandise price before taxes and shipping must be $500.00 or more to be eligible to use a Purchase Order. First time credit customers must complete a credit application.
After a Purchase Order is pre-authorized, you will be given a one use only authorization number to use during checkout.

RETURN POLICY
Non-Defective Returns
Know what you are ordering! If you should have any questions or doubt about the type of product you need, call us first!
Non-Defective products may be returned for credit within 15 days of the original purchase, provided they are unused, unopened and in original packaging. Returns after 15 days or opened packages may be accepted, at the sole discretion of Barcode-Tech.com, and shall be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Barcode printers and "open box" items are not returnable. To request a return, please contact us to obtain a return authorization number.
No refunds will be issued for software.
Shipping Charges will not be refunded.
Defective Returns
While we can't guarantee that every product we ship arrives in perfect condition, we can make sure problems are handled quickly and painlessly.
In most cases, warranty situations are handled by the manufacturer. Barcode-Tech provides no warranty other than the warranty provided by the manufacturer.
If a product arrives Dead On Arrival (DOA) contact us immediately. DOA policies vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. We will be glad to apply the manufacturer's policy and help you get up and running. In most cases a RMA will be issued and a replacement product will be sent to you.
***Important Information for All Returns***
All returns must be shipped with freight and insurance prepaid to the address provided with the RMA number, along with the original and dated proof of purchase and serial number. All returns must be double boxed. Do not write on the product packaging, or the RMA will be refused. The RMA number should be clearly printed on the outside of the shipping carton. All items will be inspected and tested upon receipt. Any discrepancy, missing parts or altered products may be returned to the customer without credit or be subject to additional restocking fees. Products returned without prior authorization (RMA#), beyond the warranty period, or without proper packaging may be refused. All freight, customs, tariffs, etc. for shipments outside the continental USA shall be the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
